Xpounded File Splitter

This application can split a file into smaller parts, and then join the parts together to obtain a copy of the original file.

Splitting a file

in the Split File window, Browse to the file you want to split
in the Build window, click the Split File button

The newly created file parts will be in the same directory as the original file

Joining files

in the Join Files window, Browse to and select the filse you need to join
in the Build window, click the Join Files button

The newly created file will be in the same directory as the file parts.

IMPORTANT
You must include the file parts in proper order for the join operation to work. The file parts should be added based on the ordinal in last part of the file name, with smaller numbers being added first.
